Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves, tightly packed (about 30 g)
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves, tightly packed (about 30 g)
- ½ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed (about 15 g)
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30 ml)
- ½ teaspoon sea salt (2 g)
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper (1 g)
Instructions:
- Rinse the fresh herbs under cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
- Use a zester or microplane to remove the zest from the lemon and lime.
- In a food processor, add the basil, parsley, mint, lemon zest, lime zest, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper.
- Pulse the ingredients together until finely chopped and well combined. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
- Taste the herb mix and adjust seasoning if desired.
- Transfer the mix to an airtight container and refrigerate.
