Ingredients:

  • 3 oz (90 ml) Prosecco, chilled per cocktail
  • 2 oz (60 ml) elderflower cordial
  • 1 oz (30 ml) soda water, chilled
  • 5 fresh mint leaves, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/2 lime, cut into wedges
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra slices of lime and fresh fruit for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools. Chill the Prosecco and soda water in advance.
  2. In a mixing glass, add the mint leaves and lime wedges. Gently muddle them together to release the mint oils and lime juice.
  3. Add the elderflower cordial to the muddled mixture.
  4. If using a shaker, add ice and shake gently for a few seconds. If not, simply stir to combine.
  5. Fill two glasses with ice. Strain the mixture evenly into both glasses.
  6. Slowly pour the Prosecco (3 oz each) into each glass, followed by soda water.
  7. Add extra mint leaves and lime slices for garnish.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy the refreshing taste of the Hugo Spritz!
