Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Sazon seasoning
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs / 680g)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Sazon seasoning, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
- Add the chicken thighs to the marinade. Ensure they are coated evenly. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a zipper bag. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour for more flavor).
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
