Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Sazon seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 1.5 lbs / 680g)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, Sazon seasoning, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well mixed.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade. Ensure they are coated evenly. Cover with plastic wrap or transfer to a zipper bag. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or up to 1 hour for more flavor).
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated chicken thighs, cooking for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing to allow juices to redistribute.
