Ingredients:

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks with brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
- Evenly distribute the pineapple mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
