Instructions:
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat
- Add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté until fragrant and golden brown, about 1-2 minutes.
- Lower the heat and add the softened cream cheese to the pan, stirring until melted and combined with the butter.
- Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes, if using, adjusting to taste.
- Continue cooking on low heat until the sauce is heated through and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
