Ingredients:
- 3 pounds chicken wingettes and drummettes
- 3 – 4 tablespoons BBQ dry rub
- 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- Celery sticks
- Dairy-free blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing of choice
Instructions:
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
- Use a paper towel to pat wings dry, removing excess moisture. Season wings liberally with BBQ dry rub and salt.
- Add the seasoned wings to the pellet grill and smoke for approximately 1 hour, turning halfway through for even cooking.
- Remove wings from the grill and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Pour buffalo sauce over wings and toss until fully coated.
- Plate the wings with celery sticks and your choice of blue cheese dressing or dairy-free ranch.
