- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat the Smoker: Set your pellet grill or smoker to 275°F (135°C).
- Prepare the Shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry using paper towels. Drizzle the shrimp with olive oil, tossing to coat evenly. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Skewer or Place Shrimp: If using skewers, thread shrimp onto them. Alternatively, place shrimp into a grill basket.
- Smoke the Shrimp: Add the shrimp to the preheated smoker. Smoke for 15-20 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve: Remove from the smoker and serve immediately, squeezing fresh lemon juice on top.
