Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) of dry red wine (e.g., Tempranillo or Merlot)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange liqueur (like Triple Sec or Cointreau)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brandy
  • 1 medium orange, sliced
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced
  • 1 medium lime, sliced
  • 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 2 cups (480 ml) soda water or lemon-lime soda (for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. Slice the orange, lemon, and lime into thin rounds, and hull and slice the strawberries.
  2. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange liqueur, and brandy. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  3. Gently add the sliced fruits and strawberries to the pitcher.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Before serving, add the soda water or lemon-lime soda and stir gently to combine. Ladle into glasses filled with ice.
  6. Garnish with additional fresh fruit slices or mint leaves if desired.
