Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 1 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 1 oz Sour Mix
  • 1 splash (15ml) Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 1 slice Fresh Lime
  • 1 leaf Fresh Mint

Instructions:

  1. Pour the Irish whiskey, peach schnapps, and sour mix into your cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker halfway with ice. Seal the lid tightly and shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels frosty to the touch.
  3. Strain the mixture into a shot glass or a cocktail glass.
  4. Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda and garnish with a lime slice and a mint leaf.
