Ingredients:
- 1 pound (450g) pre-made pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
- 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour, for dusting
- 1 cup (240ml) leftover gravy (turkey or chicken)
- 2 cups (300g) chopped cooked turkey
- 1 cup (150g) leftover stuffing, crumbled
- 1/2 cup (75g) cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup (50g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup (25g) shredded cheddar cheese
- Fresh sage leaves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive oil.
- On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to desired size and shape. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
- Spread the leftover gravy evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
- Layer the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce over the gravy.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the toppings.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh sage leaves (if using). Slice and serve immediately.
