Ingredients:

  • 1 pound (450g) pre-made pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (30ml)
  • 1/4 cup (30g) all-purpose flour, for dusting
  • 1 cup (240ml) leftover gravy (turkey or chicken)
  • 2 cups (300g) chopped cooked turkey

  2. On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough to desired size and shape. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Spread the leftover gravy evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Layer the turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce over the gravy.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella and cheddar cheese evenly over the toppings.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with fresh sage leaves (if using). Slice and serve immediately.
