Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) Gin (London Dry or your favorite gin, good quality is key!)
- ¾ oz (22ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- ¾ oz (22ml) Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water, heated until dissolved and then cooled)
- Lime wheel or wedge, for garnish
- Ice
Instructions:
- Chill your cocktail glass. You can pop it in the freezer for a few minutes or fill it with ice and water while you prepare the drink.
- Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously until the shaker is very cold (about 15-20 seconds). You want that drink properly chilled and slightly diluted.
- Strain the mixture into your chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge.
- Serve immediately!
