Ingredients:

  • 2 oz (60ml) Vodka (or Gin, high quality is recommended)
  • 1 oz (30ml) Lychee Liqueur (e.g., Soho, Kwai Fei)
  • 1 oz (30ml) Lychee Syrup (from canned lychees or store-bought)
  • 0.5 oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: 1-2 Lychees (fresh or canned, for skewering), optional lime twist

Instructions:

  1. Chill your martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes (optional).
  2. Add vodka (or gin), lychee liqueur, lychee syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
  4. Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
  5. Strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with skewered lychees and a lime twist (if desired).
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy responsibly!
