Ingredients:
- 2 oz (60ml) Vodka (or Gin, high quality is recommended)
- 1 oz (30ml) Lychee Liqueur (e.g., Soho, Kwai Fei)
- 1 oz (30ml) Lychee Syrup (from canned lychees or store-bought)
- 0.5 oz (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
- Ice cubes
- Garnish: 1-2 Lychees (fresh or canned, for skewering), optional lime twist
Instructions:
- Chill your martini glass in the freezer for at least 10 minutes (optional).
- Add vodka (or gin), lychee liqueur, lychee syrup, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes.
- Close the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, until well chilled.
- Strain the mixture into your chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with skewered lychees and a lime twist (if desired).
