  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) ground cumin

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.
  2. Whisk thoroughly until evenly distributed and no clumps remain.
  3. Generously rub the mixture all over the ribs, ensuring every surface is coated.
