Ingredients:

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled (approx. 300g)
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (60ml)
  • 1/4 cup light rum (60ml)
  • 2 tablespoons simple syrup (30ml)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (approx. 240g)
  • Lime slices or banana slices (optional garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Gather all ingredients and measure out the required amounts.
  2. Add ripe bananas, fresh lime juice, light rum, and simple syrup to the blender.
  3. Add ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
  5. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or lime juice to preference.
  6. Pour the daiquiri into chilled glasses.
  7. Add lime slices or banana slices and mint if desired.
