Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe bananas, peeled (approx. 300g)
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice (60ml)
- 1/4 cup light rum (60ml)
- 2 tablespoons simple syrup (30ml)
- 1 cup ice cubes (approx. 240g)
- Lime slices or banana slices (optional garnish)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional garnish)
Instructions:
- Gather all ingredients and measure out the required amounts.
- Add ripe bananas, fresh lime juice, light rum, and simple syrup to the blender.
- Add ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides if necessary.
- Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness or lime juice to preference.
- Pour the daiquiri into chilled glasses.
- Add lime slices or banana slices and mint if desired.
