Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe pineapples, peeled and chopped
  • 4 large oranges, peeled
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Peel and chop pineapples into manageable pieces.
  2. Peel oranges and separate into segments.
  3. Juice the lime.
  4. If using a juicer, feed in the pineapple and orange segments. Collect juice in a large bowl or pitcher.
  5. If using a blender, combine pineapple chunks and orange segments, adding a splash of water, and blend until smooth.
  6. Strain the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl to separate the pulp from the juice.
  7. Stir in the lime juice and sweetener (if desired). Chill or serve immediately over ice cubes.
  8. Pour into glasses and garnish with a lime wedge or pineapple slice if desired.
