Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups (180 g) rolled oats
  • 1 cup (180 g) chocolate chips
  • 1 cup (150 g) M&M's candy

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
  2. Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the rolled oats.
  5. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&M's.
  6. Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  7. Refrigerate the dough balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
  8. Enjoy straight from the fridge or at room temperature.
