Ingredients:
- 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup (200 g) brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups (180 g) rolled oats
- 1 cup (180 g) chocolate chips
- 1 cup (150 g) M&M's candy
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
- Mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in the rolled oats.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and M&M's.
- Use a cookie scoop or your hands to form dough into bite-sized balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Refrigerate the dough balls for at least 30 minutes to firm them up.
