Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
- Whisk in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1-2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon anchovy paste until smooth.
- Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until fully integrated.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, whisk in 1 tablespoon olive oil for creaminess.
