  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste (or 2 anchovy fillets, mashed)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon olive oil for added richness

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
  2. Whisk in 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, 1-2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 tablespoon anchovy paste until smooth.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, mixing until fully integrated.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste. If desired, whisk in 1 tablespoon olive oil for creaminess.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning or add more lemon juice if desired. Serve immediately or store in the fridge.
