Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 0.5 oz Sour Mix
  • 0.25 oz Sprite or 7-Up
  • 1 thin slice of fresh lemon or lime

Instructions:

  1. Fill your cocktail shaker to the halfway point with fresh ice. Note: Using old, melting ice dilutes the flavor too quickly.
  2. Pour 1 oz of vodka into the shaker.
  3. Add 0.5 oz of peach schnapps.
  4. Pour in 0.5 oz of sour mix.
  5. Shake the mixture vigorously for 10 seconds until the shaker is frosted on the outside.
  6. Strain the liquid into a shot glass.
  7. Leave about a quarter inch of space at the top of the glass. Note: This prevents the soda from overflowing.
  8. Slowly pour 0.25 oz of Sprite or 7 Up over the top until it just reaches the rim.
  9. Garnish the rim with a small citrus slice.
