Instructions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds until the texture is uniform and glossy.
- Sprinkle in the celery seed, salt, and black pepper. Whisk again using a gentle folding motion until the spices are evenly distributed.
- Perform a texture check by lifting the whisk; the dressing should fall in a thick, slow ribbon. If too stiff, whisk in one teaspoon of water at a time until it reaches a pourable yet creamy consistency.
