  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp celery seed
  • 3/4 tsp fine sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, and honey. Whisk vigorously for about 30 seconds until the texture is uniform and glossy.
  2. Sprinkle in the celery seed, salt, and black pepper. Whisk again using a gentle folding motion until the spices are evenly distributed.
  3. Perform a texture check by lifting the whisk; the dressing should fall in a thick, slow ribbon. If too stiff, whisk in one teaspoon of water at a time until it reaches a pourable yet creamy consistency.
