Ingredients:
- 1 cup (240 ml) water
- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (120 ml) fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup (60 ml) pure yuzu juice
- 4 cups (960 ml) cold water
- Ice as needed
- Lemon and/or Yuzu slices for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Combine water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely. Bring to a simmer and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled simple syrup, lemon juice, and yuzu juice.
- Pour in the cold water and stir well to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Pour over ice and garnish with lemon or yuzu slices, if desired.
