Ingredients:

  • 0.5 oz Irish Whiskey
  • 0.5 oz Peach Schnapps
  • 0.5 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 0.5 oz Sprite or 7-Up

Instructions:

  1. Pour 0.5 oz Irish whiskey, 0.5 oz peach schnapps, and 0.5 oz sweet and sour mix into your shaker.
  2. Fill the shaker at least halfway with large, solid ice cubes.
  3. Shake for 10 seconds until the outside of the metal shaker feels frosty.
  4. Pour the liquid into a shot glass, leaving about half an inch of space at the top.
  5. Open your Sprite or 7 Up.
  6. Slowly pour 0.5 oz of soda over the top.
  7. Stop pouring when the bubbles reach the rim without overflowing.
  8. Drink it while it's still ice cold.
