Ingredients:
- 10 oz freshly brewed coffee
- 1.5 tbsp grass-fed unsalted ghee
- 2 tsp MCT oil
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch pink Himalayan salt
Instructions:
- Brew 8–12 oz of high-quality coffee using your preferred method, such as a French Press, ensuring the water temperature is between 195°F–205°F.
- Pour the hot coffee into a high-speed blender carafe. Add the grass-fed ghee and MCT oil.
- Secure the lid tightly and blend on high for 20–30 seconds until the coffee shifts to a creamy latte-tan color with a thick micro-foam on top.
- Pour into a pre-warmed mug, dust with a hint of cinnamon and a pinch of pink Himalayan salt, and serve immediately.
