  • 1 cup (240 ml) whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (150 g) ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
  • Chocolate or caramel sauce (optional)
  • Extra vanilla bean dust (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brew your coffee or espresso, then allow it to cool to room temperature.
  2. In a blender, add the cooled coffee, milk, sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no large ice chunks.
  5. Pour the frappuccino into glasses.
  6. Add a generous swirl of whipped cream on top and drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce if desired.
