Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (150g) Frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 frozen banana (approximately 75g)
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Milk, juice, or water
  • 1/4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon (15ml) Honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds, flax seeds, protein powder, spinach (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Roughly chop the frozen banana if it's in large chunks.
  2. Place all the ingredients into the blender in the following order: liquid base, yogurt (if using), frozen fruit, sweetener (if using), and any optional extras.
  3. Secure the lid and blend on medium speed until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if too thick, more frozen fruit if too thin.
  4. Stop blending and check the consistency. Blend again if needed to achieve your desired thickness.
  5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately!
