Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (100 g) homemade or store-bought granola
  • 1 cup (150 g) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
  4. In each hobnail glass, layer the mousse, granola, and mixed berries.
  5. Repeat layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of extra granola and a mint leaf if desired.
