- 1/2 cup (120 ml) sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup (100 g) homemade or store-bought granola
- 1 cup (150 g) mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
- In each hobnail glass, layer the mousse, granola, and mixed berries.
- Repeat layers until the glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of berries on top.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of extra granola and a mint leaf if desired.
